The new listing feature will be offline from 5:00 PM to 9:30 PM today for restoration activities. Additionally, please be aware that the system may be inaccessible for extended periods between 5:15 PM and 9:30 PM today. We are pleased to report further progress in the restoration of our systems. We have achieved a partial service restoration for XML Feed Processing. For our builders who rely on HomesUSA to pull their XML feeds to our server, please note that we have resumed processing those feeds. However, for builders who push their XML feeds to HomesUSA, the ability to receive those files is currently offline. Rest assured, we are working diligently to restore this function, with an anticipated completion this weekend.

Following the service outage that occurred on Wednesday morning, June 7, our dedicated team has been working continuously, including overnight, to bring all systems back online. Although we've managed to restore the majority of our services, photographs and media content are currently offline (your MLS listings, however, still have their photos). In addition, our XML Feed Processing feature, which imports homes ready for listing, is not yet back online. During this recovery period, you may encounter occasional system hiccups. Should you experience any issues, please notify us using the feedback or chat options so we can promptly address them.

If you made changes or submitted new listings between 3:00 PM on Tuesday, June 6, and Wednesday morning, June 7, you may need to resubmit these changes or listings. Please initiate a chat with us in that case, and we will assist you.

Our target is to have all services, including photographs, media, and XML Feed Processing, restored by Monday, June 12, at 8:00 AM. For real-time updates on the status of all major systems that comprise our platform, please refer to our company's status page, linked at the bottom of this window.

Upholding our commitment to transparency, we're sharing additional information about the ongoing service interruption at HomesUSA.com. In the early hours of Wednesday, June 7, at 1:02 AM, our system fell victim to a ransomware attack, which has been the root cause of the technical issues we've been tirelessly addressing. Our team, in conjunction with top-tier cybersecurity experts, is working diligently to mitigate the situation and restore full functionality to our services. In the interest of public safety and to aid in their investigation, we've communicated all relevant information about this incident to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).

Following a strategic decision to decline the ransom demands, we embarked on a comprehensive process to restore our systems from secure backups. This recovery, unfortunately, resulted in the loss of some user requests submitted on June 5th and 6th. We deeply regret any inconvenience this has caused. If you submitted requests during these days, we kindly ask you to verify their status and resubmit if necessary.

The security and integrity of our users' data have remained our primary concern throughout this ordeal. A meticulous forensic review of our systems shows no evidence of customer data compromise. We've also taken decisive steps to enhance our security framework to reduce future risks, bolstering our resilience against potential threats with robust cybersecurity measures.

We continue making steady progress in our ongoing restoration efforts. In addition to the previously restored DFW, San Antonio, and CTX MLS connections, we are pleased to announce that functionality has now been successfully restored to the Houston MLS.

Our focus now shifts to the Austin MLS, with our team working diligently to restore complete functionality there as well. Additionally, we are targeting the reactivation of the 'Call Forwarding', 'Lead Forwarding', 'Open House', and 'Media Manager' services for all markets. We understand the importance of these services to our users, and want to assure you that their full restoration is of utmost priority.
